IMPACT
THE NEED IS URGENT
Everything is in short supply. HELP US Alleviate hunger in our community.
The pandemic has shut down millions of businesses. People have lost their jobs, are working fewer hours and are struggling to pay bills. People are making choice between paying their rent or mortgage, electricity, medicines and food for their families. Nearly 25% of Maryland's families are food insecure.
One in 6 adults and 1 in 4 children are food insecure in the United States.
Feed Howard County (FEEDHoCo) needs your help.
DONATE TODAY and help a struggling neighbor put food on their table.
OUR GOALS
Reduce Waste by networking with the various sources of food waste - Farms, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Backyard Farms, and other. Deliver recovered food supply to the needy. In an effort to help struggling families,
Our primary goal is to reduce childhood hunger. Feed HoCo PMP (prepared meals program) is supplying prepared meals to children in vulnerable communities to END Hunger in Howard County.

OUR STORY
Feed HoCo was formed to help alleviate hunger among the most vulnerable in our community. FeedHoCo does this by reducing waste by recovering and salvaging foods that would otherwise go to waste. The recovered foods are then delivered to those who need it most. During Covid-19 FeedHoCO and its partners have helped families put food on their tables.
OUR EVENTS
Our MISSION
Eliminate childhood hunger in our community. Covid 19 has resulted in high levels of unemployment and has resulted in widespread suffering throughout the United States in every county in Maryland. This has profoundly impacted the minority communities of color most severely.
